Tickets are how you participate in each daily round on Flip Hop. Understanding how they work helps you make better decisions about how many to buy and what to expect.
What Is a Ticket?
A ticket is your entry into a daily round. Each ticket costs 5 USDC (1 USDC ≈ $1) and gives you a participation weight in that round. The more tickets you hold in a round, the greater your proportional weight.
How Much Does a Ticket Cost?
Each ticket costs 5 USDC (1 USDC ≈ $1). There is no discount for buying multiple tickets — each one is the same fixed price.
Can I Buy More Than One Ticket?
Yes. There is no fixed limit on how many tickets you can buy in a single round. Each additional ticket increases your participation weight proportionally.
For example, if a round has 10 tickets total and you hold 3 of them, your participation weight is 30% of the pool.
What Is the Participation Window?
Only tickets purchased within the 24 hours before 00:00 UTC are included in that day’s round. Tickets purchased after the window closes count toward the next round.
What Happens to My Tickets After the Round Closes?
Each round is independent. Tickets from one round do not carry over to the next. If you want to participate in the next round, you purchase new tickets.
What Is the Minimum to Participate?
There is no minimum number of tickets per user — you can join a round with just 1 ticket. However, the round itself requires at least 5 unique wallets to proceed. If that threshold isn’t met, no winner is selected and 100% of the net value rolls over to the next round.
What Is the Prize Pool Based On?
The net pool is calculated from the net daily value, which is total ticket purchases minus affiliate commissions paid out. From that net value:
- 60% goes to the selected winner
- 30% is allocated to the platform
- 10% rolls over to the next round
Do I Need to Do Anything After Buying Tickets?
Not immediately. Once your tickets are purchased and the round window is open, your participation is registered on-chain. After the round closes, check your dashboard to see the results. If you are the selected winner, you’ll need to click “Withdraw payout” to claim your USDC.
