After joining a round, you don’t need to wonder what happened — Flip Hop gives you a dashboard where you can follow everything in one place. Here’s what you can track and how.
Where Do I Track My Activity?
Everything is available through your Flip Hop dashboard. Once you’re signed in, the dashboard gives you an overview of your participation, results, affiliate activity, and available payouts.
What Can I See in My Dashboard?
Round History
You can review your past participation — which rounds you joined, how many tickets you purchased, and the results of each round.
Current Round Status
While a round is open, you can see that your tickets are registered and the round is active. Rounds close daily at 00:00 UTC.
Results
After a round closes, the result is available in your dashboard. If you are the selected winner, a claim notification will appear with the option to withdraw your payout.
Affiliate Activity
If you are part of the Flip Hop affiliate program, your dashboard shows referral activity and commission earnings. You can see how many referred users have purchased tickets and track your accumulated commissions.
Payout Status
If you have a pending payout — either from winning a round or from affiliate commissions — it will appear in your dashboard with the option to withdraw.
How Do I Claim a Payout?
Payouts are not sent automatically. When you have a payout available:
- Go to your dashboard
- Locate the payout section
- Click “Claim payout”
- USDC is sent directly to your Balance (wallet)
- Withdraw your funds for yout bank.
There is no claim expiry — your payout stays available until you withdraw it.
Is My Activity Verifiable On-Chain?
Yes. Because Flip Hop is built on blockchain infrastructure, relevant activity — including round participation, smart contract records, and payout transactions — is independently verifiable on the blockchain explorer. This means you don’t just have to take Flip Hop’s word for it.
What Should I Do If Something Looks Wrong?
If you notice a discrepancy in your dashboard, contact Flip Hop support with:
- Your wallet address
- The transaction hash, if available
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots if safe and relevant
